Messaging Center The Message Center is a group of features available on our management software Doctor Manager, collected in a single platform to make the integration of multimedia and traceability information easier.

A great affort has been put in order to allow the users to create newsletters and deliver e-mail marketing campaigns in just a few steps:

• Personal data: recipients of the newsletters are filed by category, and can also be easily imported from Microsoft Excel files;
• Data control: Messaging Center engine avoids to send duplicate messages to the same receiver;
• Text personalization: like in mail merge, software can compose e-mail with simple text or HTML, and can customize references of recipients, as if they were sent manually;
• Sending engine: software is optimized to minimize the impact of e-mail marked as spam and not to impact on the reputation of the sending server. For each recipient, the system sends a separate email, making it even more personal.
